You would have to use the FSIMS 8900 guidance for approval of online in a standard program. That computer access specified can only be overcome by issuing student computer hardware and having a dedicated network.

Chaffey faculty have proposed the same concept for the fall semester. We have a large lab environment that would promote social distancing, therefore holding lectures in the lab, temperature monitoring, regular cleaning/disinfecting throughout the day, etc.

Question: Our FAA emergency TCO deviation specifically states that the deviation is not an authorization to start any new entrants into the program. Is that the same as what is coming from the FSDO’s?
